GlamGlow....Cleanser?!?

I've long loved GlamGlow.  Their products have gorgeous packaging, the kind you love to see when you open your medicine cabinet.  The products offer great results.  Just check out the reviews for a few of their products on Sephora.  They rock.

My personal favorite is the ThirstyMud.  It's an intensely moisturizing mask/treatment.  It smells like the beach and glides on like silk.  No pilling or pulling.  I leave it on all night and in the morning my skin GLOWS.  It really reminds me of a gel sleep mask because it creates a liquid barrier that does not let your skin dry out, even in the driest of conditions(i.e. winter).  The price is a higher than I'd usually spend at $69 for 1.7oz.  But a little goes a long way and you really get what you pay for.  ThirstyMud is like fake sleep on those nights when I'm up late and have to be up early.

I've also sampled the ThirstyMud Cleanser.  It's very very nice.  It's got the same tropical scent as the original ThirstyMud, but it gently cleanses without leaving your skin completely dry.

On to the main event of this post...GlamGlow YouthCleanse Daily Exfoliating Cleanser.  I sort of jumped ahead of myself with this one.  I really needed an new exfoliator and as I noted, I'm obsessed with GlamGlow.  My first impression when I received it was that once again the packaging was beautiful and that it was bigger then I'd expected(don't you just love it when that happens?!).
My daughter really wanted her cheetah to be part of this photo shoot.
As you can see, the cleanser comes in a gorgeous reusable tube(hello makeup brush travel tube).  The dispenser works like a charm.  One or two pumps is all I felt I needed.
The texture is very creamy.
That's just one pump, which is pretty substantial.  The texture is surprisingly creamy for an exfoliator, but this is meant to be a daily exfoliator, so it's gentle.
There are little exfoliating beads in there.
Gentle is the key word here.  I'm used to much rougher textures when it comes to scrubs/exfoliators.  I washed my face first with cleansing water before I used this, since it's supposed to be used on clean skin.  So I applied YouthCleanse as instructed.  On a dry clean face and then added water to my hands to cause a lather, circular motions and then I rinsed.  My face felt great!  No major redness, no irritation at all.  I'd recommend YouthCleanse to anyone with sensitive skin who's just looking to maintain a healthy glow in a super mild way.  It includes vitamin C, which it a skin care Holy Grail, as well as French Sea Clay. It'll run you $39 for 5 ounces at Sephora.

Have you tried any GlamGlow products? I want to hear all about it!
